2.7 5 cylinder Sprinter rebuild engine. 2004-2006 model years

The freight carrier requires a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address.

For items shipped via LTL Freight such as an engine, transmission, seat, transfer case, axle assembly.

If you cannot provide a commercial business address we offer a residential delivery service that can be purchased separately.

For small items we ship they will ship with UPS or USPS with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.

Free shipping is to a Commercial Address. Residential Address will have additional charges.

You are purchasing an engine that will fit the vehicles listed above in the Fit / Interchange section.   Our engines come with a 30 day parts only warranty. This is a part replacement warranty only. Installation and labor costs are not covered, so if the part fails, we will send a replacement part provided all warranty requirements are met (see below for warranty requirements). If a replacement part is not available we will refund your payment. Please read the “Comments” section above for details about this exact engine. Engines are sold as a long block only and do not include any accessories or the transmission. Meaning-all engines are sold WITH OUT the 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Starter, Alternator, Power Steering Pump, Turbo, Supercharger, AC Compressor, 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Plastic Engine Covers, Wiring harness, Coil Pack, 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Distributor, 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Throttle Body, and Main Computer. All other components included are considered convenience items and are not covered by our warranty.

Almost all engines will include Intake Manifolds, Exhaust Manifolds, 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Fuel Injectors, Fuel Rails, Wiring Harness, and Sensors.  These items are NOT Guaranteed to be included nor are they covered under our warranty. You should expect to use your existing Intake Manifold(s), 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Exhaust Manifold(s), Sensors, and 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Wiring Harness to eliminate complications when installing the engine.

***  Warranty Requirements:  ***Replace T1N 2002-2003 Sprinter Van engine oil to manufacture’s suggested levelReplace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van valve cover gasket(s)  / Replace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van oil filter

Flush 2002-2003 Sprinter Van oil coolers  / Replace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van oil pan gasket and main seal

Ensure motor is timed correctly before installation of 2002-2003 Sprinter Van motor / Replace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Timing Belt and idler pulley(s)

Replace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van thermostat and gasket/ Replace 2002-2003 Sprinter Van Timing Chain if mileage meets manufacturer specifications

Install new 2002-2003 Sprinter Van spark plugs /Flush and inspect 2002-2003 Sprinter Van cooling system (including radiator)

Install new 2002-2003 Sprinter Van belts and hoses/ Other installation procedures may apply.
Proof of above requirements.

Most parts sold , carry a 30 day “parts only” guarantee. Labor is not included. We will either replace your part or refund your payment.

Due to high demand, short supply or human error, a listed part may not be available for shipment. If this happens we will contact you immediately and promptly refund your payment.

The interchange in our listings could be false or missing information, it is the customers responsibility to confirm the fitment for your specific application.

All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic to be eligible for warranty coverage.
If your item is defective, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you. If a replacement part is not available, we will issue a full refund. Labor costs are not covered under any circumstances.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all packages for freight damage upon arrival. Freight charges for non-defective parts are not refundable.
