Vantech H1 Aluminum Rack System Overview
The Vantech H1 aluminum system is designed for durability and strength, capable of supporting up to 750 lbs when evenly distributed across 2 or 3 crossbars.
Crossbars
- Made from reinforced extruded aluminum with dimensions of 2″ x 1″.
- Built-in channels for added versatility.
- Protected by a non-slip rubber bar guard, which fits securely into the channels.
Mounting Uprights
- Constructed from 1/8″ thick aluminum at the base, with a total height of 16.5″ and a 8″ wide base.
- Fully welded base for a watertight seal.
- Includes four 3/4″ eyehooks per upright for additional securing options.
- Capped with rubber to reduce wind noise and prevent water ingress.
Installation
- No drilling required: Secures to the vehicle using 11-gauge galvanized steel drip rail clamps, which are powder-coated and rubber-dipped for enhanced grip and corrosion resistance.
Additional Features
- Includes a 5″ ladder stopper to prevent sliding, as well as a 5.5″ ladder guide for easy bungee or tie-down attachment. Both are galvanized and rubber-dipped for durability.
- Easy-to-use turn knobs allow for quick adjustments and removal of the ladder stopper and guide.
- Hook & loop straps secure ladders up to 75 lbs in seconds.
- These accessories (bar guards, ladder stopper, ladder guide, and straps) are available with 2, 3, or 4-bar systems.
Powder Coating for Protection
The entire system is powder-coated for added corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability.
